Information
Uniform & Dress Code
Our uniform fosters a sense of identity and pride in our school community. Please ensure your child adheres to the following guidelines for colours, shoes, and general presentation.
Lunch & Snacks Policy

Allergy Awareness
We maintain a strict allergy-awareness policy to protect every child. Parents must inform the school of any known allergies, and students are reminded not to share food. Lunches containing common allergens (like nuts) should be avoided unless approved by the school.

Lunchbox Hygiene
Clean and safe lunch storage is important. Please ensure lunchboxes and water bottles are washed daily and labeled with your child’s name. Include ice packs when sending perishable food to keep meals fresh throughout the day.

General Safety
Staff supervise all lunch periods to ensure a calm and safe environment. Please avoid sending glass containers, hot liquids, or sharp utensils in your child’s lunchbox to prevent accidents.
Safety & Child Protection
We maintain the highest standards of child protection, ensuring a safe, respectful, and supportive space for every learner.
Supervised Environment
All pupils are under constant supervision by qualified teachers and support staff during school hours, including playtime, transitions, and extracurricular activities.
Controlled Access & Secure Premises
Entry and exit points are strictly monitored. Visitors must sign in at the gate, and security personnel are stationed throughout the school to ensure controlled access at all times.
Safe Pick-Up & Drop-Off Procedures
Only authorized parents or guardians are allowed to pick up pupils. Identification checks are conducted daily to prevent unauthorized access or release.
Health & First Aid Readiness
A trained health officer and first-aid team are always on standby. The school maintains a stocked infirmary and follows strict hygiene, sanitation, and emergency response protocols.
Child Protection & Anti-Bullying Policy
The school enforces zero tolerance for bullying, abuse, or neglect. Teachers and staff receive regular child-safeguarding training, ensuring that every pupil feels respected, heard, and protected.

At Brother Pius, every child's safety and dignity comes first.
